With over 15 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to instructional leadership, curriculum development, and strategic school improvement. In my current role, I guide division-wide programs and collaborate closely with administrators and educators to enhance instructional practices and student achievement. I hold an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Virginia Tech, bringing deep expertise in K-12 education and comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local policies.
